Ford Douglas was founded in May 1999 and opened its doors in 2001 primarily to staff both GA and SC. Now staffing at a national level, Ford Douglas has over 20 years of expertise in Staff Augmentation!   We have a team that can provide seamless assistance at any level for any of your staffing needs. 

Ford Douglas is committed to service that is expedient and professional. Ford Douglas is currently registered as a Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) through the DOT; we are classified as a Women Owned and Controlled Business and are considered a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), a DOD nationally recognized small business program.

Our most recent undertaking was a success as we worked with the SBA/Mentor program (SCORE) to become a qualified member of a nationally recognized program through the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). They (OSDBU) are charged with developing, implementing, executing, and managing the small business programs for the DOE. We are grateful to be a new part of this organization and its opportunities!

As you know, two thirds of the net new jobs in our economy are created by small businesses, They also employ half of all private-sector workers. The focus of the OSDBU program is the provision of effective outreach, training and technical assistance in order to increase the accessibility of WOSB concerns to procurement opportunities.

Ford Douglas is also a member of the National Women Owned Business Corporation (NWBOC) certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) at the national level. We have also completed registration with both the central contract registration (CCR) and the online representations and certifications application (ORCA) for national registration and certification.
